Yoga is an ancient body/mind practice that would help you explore your body and release stress while strengthening and toning your muscles.
We encourage each participant to proceed at his or her own pace. Class is systematic and flowing which includes Vinyasa, Iyengar, Hatha, Ashtanga and Anusara influences.
Class will include a gentle build into balancing poses and will finish with a calm relaxing meditation.
