The Elite Defender class focuses on strength and endurance training that is crucial to protecting yourself from a would-be attacker. Your training will emphasize the correct body position, balance and form while striking to defend yourself. You will learn basic escape and evade techniques, as well as how to access situations and areas for potential attackers. The class will teach you the integral Defender mindset while under attack. Most attackers are not expecting a defensive response from their assailant. We will teach you the element of surprise and some basic Defender responses. The Elite Defender class is held at Elite Fitness Studio in Carroll Gardens, NY.
